Pumpkin Time!

Hey Everyone! We are all finally feeling better and we are having sooo much fun! This is my favorite part of fall time! Last night we went to Connor's school for the fall carnival and the boys had a great time of course. They got to play all kinds of games, play in bounce houses and bounce slides, and obsticle courses. They also got to eat yummy pizza and do a cake walk. We won a german chocolate cake, krispy kreme doughnuts, and homemade brownies. yum! They also got lots of goodies in treat bags and got snowcones. It was fun!

Today we went to the pumpkin patch at Nivens Apple Farm! My boys had a wonderful time. It was Nick and baby Gabe's very 1st time. They got to play in the play area, taste apple cider. Go through a hay maze which Connor was scared and cried because he thought we were lost and was never going to get out. They got to see big john deere tractors too! They also saw farm animals and baby chicks. They had a really great time. They loved picking their pumpkins too.

Once we got home, they wanted to carve their little pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns. Gabe liked playing in the goo and trying to eat it until he got real messy then he cried. His Jack o Lantern is a smiley face with only 1 tooth! Very cute! Dominick of course refused to touch the inside of his and so I ended up doing it with Christine's help. His is a happy jack o lantern. Connor was kind of hesitant at first but then he got into it and cleaned his pumpkin out. He made a scary face jack o lantern.

All in all we had a wonderful day and my baby boys had fun but they are definately tired and worn out. lol

FALL FUN and sickies!!!

We have all had the sickies around here, I have gotten over a horrible illness. Connor is just now getting over strep throat that made him run fever for over a week, Dominick has a horrible cough, and my poor baby Gabe has croup, and its making him feel horrible :(

But besides all the sickness, we have still been having fun and enjoying the fall! Thursday the boys went to the fair. This was Gabe's first time! He loved all the animals and lights and stuff but he did sleep alot of the time we were there too. Connor and Dominick really enjoyed all the rides that they got to ride. They loved it!

Last night we went to Greenville Zoo to Boo in the Zoo, where the boys got to trick or treat in the zoo! It was there first time to this event and they loved it!!! Connor was dressed as a dragon, Nick was a pumpkin, and baby Gabe was of course a monkey!!! Gabe loved looking at the animals and also he loved looking at all the kids who were all dressed up too! He had a great time oh and loved looking at all the pumpkins too! Afterwards the kids went and played on the playground they have there! Its was a very fun day :)

We still have lots planned like the carnival at Connor's school and fall pictures. And probably more!!!

Just a quick update

hi everyone! figured i would just give a little update. we've all been pretty sick around here the past few weeks. Everyone isnt 100% better yet but hopefully really soon. The boys are doing good and Gabe is getting super close to start walking, he is pulling up and letting go and learning his balance. We will be going to west virginia or halloween to trick or treat with my brother and his fiance. The boys are sooooo excited and cant wait to see big bill and whitney. lol. Well thats about all for now. i will update again real soon!!!
